"Esse" Brut Zero Dosage is a beautiful sparkling wine that is made from the Chardonnay crop harvested from vineyards with chalky soils that distinguish the Sevastopol zone. Grape saplings were brought from Burgundy, well settled down and give excellent harvest. The wine gets its sparkling thanks to the classical method of champagnization, according to which secondary fermentation is carried out in a bottle. Exposure lasts for 36 months, after which the cork is separated with sediment and the wine is sealed with cork. As the name implies, the dozazh liqueur is not used. Boutique wines "Essay" according to the owner of the brand Igor Samsonov are similar in characteristics to the Hungarian and Austrian wines. Chardonnay marks "Essay" has already participated in international tastings in London and Burgundy, where "it was estimated at 15-20 euros per bottle." Sergei Petrenko, Chairman of the Association “Wine-Growers and Wine-Makers of Ukraine”, describes the Essay wines in this way: “These are classic author wines that combine winemaking and the localities where grapes were grown.
